QUALIFICATION
To qualify, tenants must have the following:
1. Household income equivalent of 40x monthly rent. ($46,000 annual income if rent is $1150).
2. $1000 deposit and first month’s rent due at signing.
3. Credit Score 600+ desired but not requred
4. A free application must be submitted by all potential tenants over 18 years before showing
COST
The cost of terms are as follows:
– Lease Term: 12-24 Months
– Rent Amount $1150/mo
– Deposit: $1000
– Utilities are not included
SCHEDULE PRIVATE TOUR
To schedule a private tour of the rental, all potential tenants aged 18 and older must first complete the free appplication. Once all requirements and qualifications are met, we will contact you to arrange a viewing appointment. Please understand, we can not show everyone if there is a large number of applicants. We aim to respond within 48 hours; however, response times may be longer during periods of high application volume.

– Keeping house clean
– Routine upkeep
– Lawn care (mowing)
– Pet waste removal
– Paying Utilities
– Setting up auto-payment
– Paying rent on time
