Requirements

To Qualify, tenants must have the following:

• Household income equivalent of 40x monthly rent. ($38,000 for $950/rent)
• $1000 Deposit and First Months rent required at signing.
• Credit Score 600+ desired but not required.
• A free application must be submitted by all potential tenants over 18 before showing.

The cost and terms are as follows:

• Lease Term: 12-24 Months
• Rent Amount: $950/month
•Deposit: $1000

•Utilities are not included
