To Qualify, tenants must have the following:
• Household income equivalent of 40x monthly rent. ($48,000 for $1200/rent)
• $1000 Deposit and First Months rent required at signing.
• Credit Score 600+ desired but not required.
• A free application must be submitted before showing.
Tenant Responsibilities
To Qualify, tenants must have the following:
• Keeping house clean
• Routine upkeep
• Lawn care (Mowing)
• Lawn care (Snow Removal)
• Pet Waste Removal
• Paying utilities
• Setting up auto-payment
• and Paying rent on time
